Supports for Community Living Program
Supports for Community Living (SCL) is a Kentucky Medicaid program home and community-based Medicaid waiver providing an alternative to institutional care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including autism and related pervasive disorders). This Medicaid waiver allows individuals to remain in their homes with services that support the development of independent living skills.
The Michelle P. Waiver Program
The Michelle P. Waiver (MP) is a home and community-based Medicaid waiver program in Kentucky developed as an alternative to institutional care for children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (including autism and related pervasive disorders). This Medicaid waiver allows individuals to remain in their homes with services that support the development of independent living skills.
Acquired Brain Injury
The Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver program of Kentucky provides intensive services and support to adults with acquired brain injuries working to re-enter community life. Services are provided exclusively in community settings.
Acquired Brain Injury Long-Term Care Waiver Services
The Acquired Brain Injury Long Term Care (ABI LTC) Waiver program of Kentucky provides an alternative to institutional care for adults who have reached a plateau in their rehabilitation and require maintenance services to live safely in the community and avoid institutionalization.

Individualized Applied Behavior Analysis, direct support, crisis, staff training, RAPID caretaker skills teaching, and consultative services can be provided through our Private Pay Services. Alternative Funding
CBA is resourceful when it comes to finding ways to get services funded and is open to partnering with a variety of agencies. CBA has several contractual agreements with various entities to provide a wide range of behavior health services including brain-injury, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, pervasive disorders, mental health challenges, and behavior disorders.
In addition, CBA has flexibility with payment plans that fit individual budgets and accepts all major credits cards for payment. Payment plans may be considered with particular agreements in the absence of debt collection requirements.

Global crisis assessment(s), recommendations, training and on-site services can be provided during times of extreme difficulty. Crises can present unique service needs. Each unique service need is identified through a comprehensive, global assessment where variables likely responsible for the crises are identified and follow-up is provided as appropriate.
