Jason started in 1994 as a direct support professional. Years later he learned case management and became the Director of Research at UNT (self-injurious behavior) under Dr. Richard G. Smith’s BARC program & mentorship. He went on to become a DSP, BCABA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Supervisor. He enjoys working and learning with other BCBA(s), how to inspire each other to provide high-quality services. Starting CBA in the year 2000 allowed him to create over 300+ jobs in the field of ABA, provide services to over 3,500 participants, and build a Center for Behavior Analysis in Louisville Metro with over 23 years of experience.
In his free time, he enjoys adventures, hiking, exploring, building houses, hanging out with the family, and chilling in the hot tub.
Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. His work over the last 20 years has been recognized by many organizations. He has volunteered in Special Olympics and he is a parent of a child diagnosed with Lissencephaly.
Jason was awarded the special honor of “Kentucky Colonel” in 2014 for volunteer work done in Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
