Behavior Support Specialist
Molly’s experience began as a therapy intern in Bowling Green, KY where she provided counseling services to individuals with depression and anxiety diagnoses. After receiving an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, Molly worked as a behavior support specialist for the next three years providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in southern Indiana. During this time, Molly also worked as program director for a teen transitional program, which focused on helping teens and young adults develop social, vocational, and independent living skills. During the end of the third year, Molly took the role as supervisor of behavior services, which involved training behavior support specialists, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and overseeing client caseloads.
Molly enjoys traveling, writing, and baking in her free time. Molly teaches community yoga classes through Kentucky Yoga Initiative and chair yoga classes at retirement homes in Louisville. Molly is also a board member at Crossroads Ministry, a nonprofit organization in West Louisville that brings youth across all areas of the city together through volunteer work.
B.A. Psychology from Western Kentucky University (summa cum laude), M.A. Clinical Psychology from Western Kentucky University (magna cum laude), currently enrolled in certificate program in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, Certified 200 hour yoga instructor through 502 Power Yoga.
