Monica Howard

Records Manager

Monica has 25 + years of experience in retail management, 7 years of experience cooking for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and 5 years experience providing direct care services and residential management in an adult day treatment program for individuals with DD/ID. Currently, Monica is the Records Manager for CBA and has been utilizing her organizational skills and systematic approach to completing tasks to maintain abundant participant records in the Electronic Health Records Portal, her customer service skills to handle incoming calls and inquiries, and her team player attitude to assist the programs in any way needed.

Monica enjoys family social events, helping her daughters run their business, Sabrina’s Big Bag of Sugar, and raising her grandbaby, Aiden.

Monica earned a diploma for Medical Billing and Coding (2006) and a diploma for Medical Assistant (2007) from the National College of Business and Technology.

In addition, Monica is the Business Manager for the Women on the Move in Louisville, KY. and is an active member of Eastern Star Baptist Church in Louisville.
